MekAMove LLC – Terms of Service

By accessing or using the MekAMove LLC mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform. By using MekAMove LLC, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

MekAMove LLC operates a technology-enabled marketplace that connects users with independent third-party transportation partners and tour partners.

Providing services directly would mean owning vehicles, employing drivers or guides, or physically delivering transportation or tour experiences. MekAMove LLC does none of these.

While MekAMove LLC may curate tours, package experiences, and match guests with transportation partners or drivers, all transportation and tour services are performed by independent partners.

These actions do not constitute direct provision of transportation or tour services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity conducted under your account. MekAMove LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

• All prices are displayed prior to booking confirmation.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
• MekAMove LLC may collect platform or service fees.
• Currency conversion fees, bank charges, or processor fees are the responsibility of the user.

• MekAMove LLC’s Refund Policy applies only to driver and transportation services, including airport transfers and point-to-point transportation.
• Refunds related to tours, activities, or non-transport services may be subject to separate partner policies, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
• All transportation partners must comply with MekAMove LLC’s Refund Policy. MekAMove LLC facilitates refund processing, dispute resolution, and chargeback management in accordance with that policy.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Platform
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Circumvent pricing, payment, or refund systems
• Reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform

Violations may result in suspension, termination, withholding of refunds, and legal action where permitted by law.

Partners operating on the Platform must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and permits, comply with applicable laws, and meet MekAMove LLC’s quality and safety standards.

All Platform content, software, branding, algorithms, pricing logic, and designs are owned by MekAMove LLC. No rights are granted except for limited use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MekAMove LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including those arising from partner actions, service delays, cancellations, force majeure events, or payment disputes.

You agree to indemnify and hold MekAMove LLC harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

MekAMove LLC may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, or operational reasons.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, regardless of user location.

MekAMove LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, pandemics, government actions, strikes, road closures, or infrastructure failures.

Users agree to contact MekAMove LLC before initiating chargebacks. Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination. MekAMove LLC may submit booking records, GPS data, timestamps, and confirmations to dispute chargebacks.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
