  • Location (optional/with consent): precise or approximate location to enable booking, matching, and live status features.
  • Cookies & Similar Tech: identifiers to remember preferences and measure performance (see Cookies).

How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve booking, dispatch, navigation, and support features.
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and maintain platform safety.
  • Process payments, receipts, and invoices.

  • Drivers/Guides & Guests: we share what’s needed to fulfill a booking (names, contact, pickup/dropoff, timing).

  • Legal, Safety, and Rights: to comply with laws, enforce terms, or protect users and the platform.
  • Business transfers (merger, acquisition) where your data may be part of the transaction.
